The staff was great! The rooms were spacious and clean. I am thankful for the opportunity to sleep, park and fly.

Customer service and understanding was very poor. I will most likely never use this service again. My flight was cancelled by the airline and parksleepfly could care less because they already got their money.

I booked our Parksleepfly 6 weeks before our trip to Sonesta Simply Suites. I booked it for a stay the night we returned from our trip. We arrived at the property to park the car and get a shuttle to the airport but they said their policy only allows a stay the night before we fly out and couldn't accommodate us for staying the night we return. They canceled our reservation and we had to scramble to find someplace to park and stay just hours before flying out.

Worse hotel ever!! Advertise shuttle they told us to the casino and when we called for ride back 3 times we called and they said 15 minutes after waiting in hour we called again and said airport takes priority. We paid a cab $25 to go back to the hotel. The reason we selected this hotel is we’re going on a cruise and the parking of your car was included in the cost of the room needless to say we drove our car to the port and paid to leave our car there between the port parking and cab ride we were $175 in the hole not including the room nice right? Hurray if you’re going to the airport though.

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that ParkSleepFly.com has no affiliation or connection to the hotels, they just offer rooms on their own and in no way does the 'reservation' made through ParkSleepFly.com constitute an actual reservation at the hotel. The confirmation and everything else associated with the reservation means nothing to the hotel itself. This particular instance, the hotel happened to have a room available for us, but there was nothing 'held' for us due to our 'reservation'. In the future I will not use this service and instead book directly through the hotel.

We found a few very positive things about the service.
First, There was a significant $$ saving compared with some of the other approaches we could have taken.
Second, it seemed rather seamless. We arrived, stayed the night, and the shuttle was waiting for us the next morning. We have not yet made the return trip.
Third, the driver was very friendly and we enjoyed the drive to the airport.

The website is easy to navigate and simple and the cost is reasonable.

Hotel was basic but room was clean. Very helpful front desk. Wonderful shuttle service- the man was very informative and caring.

I did not get a reminder from the hotel regarding my reservation. I mistakenly deleted the confirmation email, so It was a bit of a hassle figuring out what hotel I reserved when we arrived at Syracuse the evening before our flight. But I did find a way to get a receipt of the reservation and found our hotel.

We stayed overnight at the Crowne Plaza Hotel @ O'Hare before flying out for a vacation. Loved the hotel!! The staff was amazingly friendly--from the front desk receptionists to the shuttle drivers. Everything went smoothly as explained. The parksleepfly hotels that have shuttle pick-ups at O'Hare at the Bus Center and Hotel Shuttle area may want to explain how to get there. Either than a little hunt for Door #2 at O'Hare, everything was fine!

The parking was very convenient however the hotel was terrible. It appeared dirty and old. The tv was not turning on and when we went to call the front desk we had no working phone. The bed was not comfortable. I will not be returning to this hotel.

we have stayed at these hotels before and the rooms are clean and we have never had any trouble with shuttle service to the airport, always ontime and courteous

easy to book, but wish that there was an option to park more than one car. We are meeting there from very different directions, driving separately.
